Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website (hereinafter, “the Platform”), the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Purpose of the Platform

The Platform aims to facilitate the publication, promotion, and booking of tourist accommodations and/or apartments offered by third parties (hereinafter, “hosts”) to people interested in renting them (hereinafter, “users” or “guests”).

The Platform is not a party to temporary rental contracts between hosts and guests. We act solely as a contact and reservation intermediary.

User Registration

To access certain features, users must register on the Platform by providing truthful, current, and complete information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under their account.

Listing of Accommodations

Hosts wishing to list their properties must ensure that:

  • They are legally authorized to offer the property for rent.
  • The information published (photos, descriptions, services, prices, etc.) is clear, accurate, and truthful.
  • They comply with all local and legal regulations related to hosting.

The Platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these conditions.

Reservations and Payments

By making a reservation through the Platform:

  • The user accepts the price, conditions, and characteristics of the selected accommodation.
  • Payment must be made through the means enabled on the Platform.
  • Once payment is confirmed, the reservation is secured under the selected conditions.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Make appropriate and responsible use of the accommodations.
  • Respect the internal rules of the accommodation indicated by the host.
  • Not cause damage, disturbance, or inappropriate behavior during your stay.

Any violation may result in the user being excluded from the Platform, with no right to a refund.

Platform Liability

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information published by the hosts.
  • Problems or inconveniences arising during the stay.
  • Damage, loss, or theft suffered by guests in the accommodations.

We act as a technological intermediary and facilitator of contact between the parties.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the reservation has been made and confirmed. By making payment, the user accepts that the reservation is confirmed and is non-refundable, without exception.

Postponement of dates

A single change of dates per reservation is permitted, under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Availability for the new dates is available.
  • The same number of nights and original conditions must be maintained.
  • Postponement must be approved by the host.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place of domicile of the Platform owner. The user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, logos, images, design, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of the company that owns the site, or is duly licensed. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Personal Data Protection

Personal information provided by users will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with current data protection laws. Users may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete data by writing to the Platform’s contact email.

Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review this section. Continued use of the site after any changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
